Our Mission

Our mission is to create awareness and provide access to legal coverage.
We firmly believe that everyone deserves legal coverage.

The Problem

Whether we realize it or not, legal agreements hold our lives together. If you live in an apartment, you are bound by your lease. If you live in a house, you are bound by your mortgage. If you are working, you are bound by your contract. But what measures do we take to ensure that there are no lapses in these agreements? We know it is vital for us to protect our health and homes with insurance. However, we seldom think about what can protect us from the legal issues that are a part of our daily lives. In fact, 57 million full-time working Americans have experienced at least one significant legal event in the past 12 months.*

The Solution

We at Equal Access America (EAA) understand firsthand, how important legal coverage is. We’ve seen the benefits of people getting covered and having access to a lawyer that provides counsel and advocates on their behalf. Then it dawned on us, how many people are left vulnerable because they lack legal coverage? How many people have been victims of unethical business practices? How many people have signed a document without being well informed? How many families have been financially burdened with funeral costs because their loved one did not have a will? The list of liabilities goes on. Alarmingly, we found that 90% of Americans don’t have any legal insurance or legal protection.* Equal Access America is determined to change that.

The Story Behind Our Name

We have decided to name our campaign Equal Access America because we are passionate about providing everyone access to legal coverage. Unfortunately, most Americans cannot afford quality legal coverage. In fact, 93% of respondents from the Legal Needs Study, believe lawyers charge too much for their services*. At Equal Access America, we provide you access to legal coverage that does not charge traditional lawyer fees. This is why we believe we can provide an opportunity to the affordable alternative.
